Mayank Agarwal was born on 16th feb 1991 in Bangalore, India. His father Pranav Kumar Pandey is a builder and mother Suchitra Singh is a homemaker. He has a brother named Raj Kishan.
He did schooling in Bishop Cotton Boys School, Bengaluru and pursued graduate degree from Jain university in Bangalore city.
Mayank got inspired from Sachin Tendulkar and has started cricket as profession because of him.
His favourite cricketer is dashing opener Virender Sehwag. In the year 2018, he married his long time girlfriend Aashita Sood.
Mayank Agarwal Career:
He came into spotlight with his brilliant knocks in the U19 Cooch Behar Trophy in 2008-09 and selected in 2010 U19 Cricket World Cup.
He was the leading run getter in the 2010 U19 World Cup.
In 2011, he was brought by Royal Challengers Bangalore IPL team and spent three years with the same team.
He then played for different ipl teams like Delhi Daredevils,Rising Pune Supergiant before shifting to Kings XI Punjab in last year 2018 Ipl.
Mayank Scored his first ever triple century in first-class cricket when he scored 304* for Karnataka State team against Maharashtra state Team in November 2017.
He was in full form and his runs meter crossed 1000 first-class runs in the same month.
He completed the 2017-18 Ranji Trophy season as a top runs scorer with 1160 runs.
Agarwal also scored 723 runs in just 8 matches in the 2017-18 season of Vijay Hazare Trophy. He rewrote many records in the domestic cricket level.
